Stone Hill Arts presents: Nathaniel Maxwell in Concert! Nathaniel is a Stone Hill pianist and will be performing works by Bach, Chopin, Brahms, and more! Come enjoy this free concert on Saturday, June 6 at 6:30 p.m.

Women’s Ministry Summer Studies

There are two main opportunities for Women to dive deeper into fellowship with one another this Summer at Stone Hill!

- Women’s Summer Bible Study: Every 2nd Tuesday, beginning June 9. Join other women at 10:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. (the same content will be covered at both times). Look forward to spending this Summer digging into Genesis, looking at God’s faithfulness in Abraham’s journey. No childcare, registration, or refreshments, but feel free to bring your own snacks!
- Women’s Summer Prayer & Fellowship: Every 4th Tuesday, beginning June 23. Join other women at 10:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. (the same content will be covered at both times). Come and get to know some other Stone Hill women. We’ll make time to hang out and also to lift one another up in prayer. Feel free to bring a snack!

Sermon Study Questions

Three general questions for digging deeper:

What does this text teach us about God?
What does this text teach us about ourselves?
If this text is true, what should we do to obey this teaching?

Questions specific to the May 31 sermon:

Romans 12:1–2, Paul connects belonging to the body of Christ with being transformed by the renewing of our minds. What are some ways our culture encourages individualism or self-centered living? How does the gospel reshape the way we think about belonging to one another?
Paul says in verse 3 that we should not “think of himself more highly than he ought to think.” Why is humility essential for healthy Christian community? What are some subtle ways pride can damage relationships in the church?
Romans 12:4–5 teaches that though we are many members, we are “one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.” What do you think it practically means to be “members one of another”? When have you personally experienced the support, encouragement, or care of the body of Christ?
Every member of the body has a different role and function. What gifts, experiences, or opportunities has God given you to strengthen others in the church? What is one practical step you could take this week to live more intentionally as part of Christ’s body rather than as an isolated believer?
